1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate: All employees of the organization associated in the management and execution of this raffle, and all organization board members.

2. 50/50

SLGA Lottery License # RR25-0207

1 ticket for $5.00

5 tickets for $20.00

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000. Total number of tickets available is 4,000.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Final ticket sales deadline: August 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM

50/50 draw: August 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM

All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Market Square, Chaplin Street E, Swift Current, SK, S9H 2B1 The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at and on our social media platforms on August 10, 2025

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by SPCA Swift Current. Winner consents to release of their names by licensee. If the winner does not claim the prize, it will be held for a year and then donated to another charity approved by SLGA.

5. Privacy

SPCA Swift Current does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: scspcafundraiser@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other
