1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: All employees of the organization associated in the management and execution of this raffle, and all organization board members.

2. 50/50

SLGA Lottery License # RR25-0275

1 ticket for $20

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity. Maximum 50/50 payout will be $20,000. Total number of tickets available is 2,000.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Final ticket sales deadline: September 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM

50/50 draw: September 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM

All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

DDraw will be held at SPCA Swift Current at 2101 Knight Cres., Swift Current, SK S9H3X3

The winning ticket is drawn using Raffle Nexus, a Random Number Generator software (RNG). All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw

Winners will be posted on our social media platforms and on our Raffle Nexus site on September 30, 2025.

4. Winner

The winner will be contacted by phone by SPCA Swift Current. Winner consents to release of their names by licensee. Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize/cash will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

5. Privacy

SPCA Swift Current does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: scspcafundraiser@gmail.com.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize/cash will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
